About Us

Hello. Nice to meet you.

Cody and Stacy Pearce are southwest Oklahoma ranchers. The pair are Oklahoma State University Ferguson College of Agriculture alumni, and maintain a small cow/calf ranch specializing in purebred Charolais and commercial cattle.

They are graduates of the OCA’s Cattlemen’s Leadership Academy, and members of the Tri-County Cattlemen’s Association — an affiliate of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association — serving Comanche, Cotton and Tillman Counties.

By day, Cody is an agricultural education instructor, while Stacy is a photographer and creative designer.

Cody and Stacy have two daughters, and also raise purebred Great Danes and American Quarter Horses.

Why Charolais?

While we could say, “because we like ‘em,” there’s more to the story.

Charolais originated in west-central to southeastern France, in the old French provinces of Charolles and came into widespread use in the United States at a time when farmers and ranchers were seeking larger framed, heavier cattle than the traditional British breeds. The increased use on the range indicates that the cows have performed well under a variety of environmental conditions, which is a strength when considering Oklahoma’s temperamental weather.

For us, Charolais offer diversity in the ability to raise show heifers for our daughters, raise purebred replacement heifers - and bulls - without sacrificing the performance of our commercial herd, all while producing a more uniform product.

And, well, we like ‘em.
